The rugged TS600 is an inert gas actuated oven thermometer with a high temperature range and a flexible sensor lead allowing for installation in ovens without direct access for the sensor. The sensor lead is flexible but and rugged. Ideal for wood fired pizza ovens and gas fired pizza ovens - especially where no power is available. The IP65 rating means that it is suitable for low pressure water contact such as rain, so it's perfect for outdoor installations.
